Need to return something you've purchased?

How can I apply for a return?
  • In order to return your product simply follow the steps:
  • Whatsapp us the following on +91-9715714714 within 7 days of delivery (24 hrs in case of manufacturing defect)
    • Mention your name, order number, date of purchase, and your registered mobile number.
    • Photos & Videos of the damaged product
  • Repackage the item with proper packaging.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, laundered, or have normal marks of wear.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached and uncut. (The refund of the amount will be based on the condition of the product)
  • Return Address: A- 18 A GALI. NO.4-O INDUSTRIAL AREA ANAND PARBAT  Central Delhi, Delhi-110005.
  • The product should be in the original packaging
  • Please check the size chart before ordering to get a perfect fit for you. The order cannot be canceled and/or returned/refunded based on size mismatch.
  • 360-degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or missing item - Issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. (Just in case of damage to product received)

 

HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE ME TO RECEIVE THE REFUND OF MY RETURN?

The refund time depends on the arrival of the product at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after we receive your return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@mematgo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
